About Me & My Journey

I'm Austin Poteete - creator, host, and founder of The Rebuild Project.

Like a lot of people, life hasn't always gone the way I planned. I've faced loss, trauma, anxiety/depression, self doubt, setbacks, and moments i felt completely lost. But through every season of my life, one thing kept showing up : the need the REBUILD. 

​

That's where The Rebuild Project was born.

​

What started as an idea slowly became a mission bigger than myself... creating a space where people can feel understood, motivated, challenged, and a reminded they're not alone in whatever they're facing. 

​

I'm not here pretending to be perfect or have all the answers. I'm rebuilding in real time too. From building this podcast/blog and studio from the ground up, to chasing bigger goals, improving my mindset, becoming a better man day by day, and helping people do the same. This platform is a reflection of that journey. 

​

The Rebuild Project is for the people trying to figure life out while still refusing to quit. 

​

Because at the end of the day... EVERYONES REBUILDING SOMETHING.
